Which is rising accompte?
The accompte accounts for 25% of the hiring amount.

When does one have to pay the balance of the stay?
The balance of the stay is payable 30 days before the envisaged arrival date. If the customer carries out his reservation less than 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay, he will have to pour the entirety of the hiring amount.

What to make in the event of cancellation?
A cancellation must be communicated via postmail. If the Customer cancels his hiring before the envisaged arrival date, the entirety of the versed sums will remain to the camp-site. If the Customer, for some causes that it is, would leave the places rented before the envisaged leaving date, he could claim with no refunding.

Is there a cancellation insurance?
To profit from a cover, in the event of cancellation, we propose to you to contract an insurance policy whose amount is of 7,62€ per week of stay and lodging.

Does one have to pour a guarantee?
A guarantee of 152,45 € will be requested from the arrival for each mini-villa and/or bungalow. This guarantee, which represents the guarantee of a clean and in good condition lodging, is versed to answer of the damages which could be caused to the movable or different objects furnishing the rented places. This sum will be refunded at the end of the contract, deduction made of the possible dégats, household, washing or cleaning of the bed-spreads, mattress etc... which would have been stained, and degradations. If the guarantee proves to be insufficient the renter has to perfect the sum.

At what time are available mini the villas and bungalows the arrival day?
The hirings are available the arrival day at 17 hours. (5PM).

The hirings will have to be released the departure day before 10 hours. (10AM).

Wich is their hiring duration?
The hirings, in period of tourist season (july/august) are done per whole week and they begin saturdays. In period of low season, the dates of the stay are free according to the availability.

Camp-site
Are toilets at disposal?
The camp-site has modern toilets facilities. Two blocks equipped with individual cabins, vats with linen, vats with crockery, with hot water distribution are placed at your disposal. For children, a special baby bathroom is available like two bathrooms for handicapped people.

The camp-site is equipped with delimited sites, very shaded, of various sizes (from 40 to 100 m²).

Which are the services included in the tariffs?
The camp-site tariffs include: hot/cold water, water draining and supply for motor homes, domestic garbage collection, service mail, use of the collective barbecue.
The hirings tariffs include: hot/cold water, electricity, gas, domestic garbage collection, service mail and, only for the mini-villas, supply of cloths.

It is possible to rent cloths in period of low season according to the availability. For the mini-villas, cloths are provided.

It is possible to rent a VTT as well as a car or a motor bike or a boat.

The ways within the camp-site are easily accessible to the wheel chairs; the camp-site places at the disposal of the people with reduced mobility two bathrooms entirely equipped.

Do you accept animals?
Animals are allowed in the camp-site after prior agreement with the direction of the camp-site. They must be held leaves permanently and are not accepted in the public places. They should not be left in the camp-site, even locked up in the absence of their Masters, who are civilly responsible for their animals. The owners will have to provide themselves with their vaccination notebook and to justify that they are suitably ensured.
