The Cancellation Insurance MMA PALLAS
The Pallas association, to which the Camp-site adheres subscribed near the Mutuelles du Mans Assurances a contract (n° 9 011 500) covering you against the consequences of the cancellation or the interruption of your stay.
Before your departure, if one of the following events occurs:
Serious illness or serious accident or reaching death:
- yourself or your spouse (or declared boyfriend)
- one of your ascending, downward, sons-in-law or daughters-in-law.Death of a brother, a sister, a brother-in-law.Significant material damages reaching your own goods and requiring your presence imperatively.Lay-off.Accidents or total robery of your vehicle and/or your caravan occurring on the way (direct) to go on the place of the stay.
You will be refunds of:
- 20 % of the amount of the hiring if the event occurres between the date of reservation and the 30rd day before the envisaged date of arrival.
- 100% of the amount of the hiring, if the event occurres less than 30 days before this date.
During your stay, if one of the events above occurs and constraine you to stop your stay, you will be refunded of:
The sum corresponding to the part of the stay not carried out and already invoiced by the camp-site.
Exclusions:
disasters caused by foreign war, civil war, strike, nuclear effects or radioactive disasters.disasters intentionally caused by the policy-holder.the suicide or the suicide attempt of the policy-holder.the accident, the disease or the death:
- occurring after the date of effect of the guarantee
- because of a chronic bad health
- reaching an old person of more than 80 years except if its death intervenes less than 5 days before the date of the beginning of the stay.
What must you do in the event of disaster:
In the 24 hours, imperatively, inform the direction of the camp-site as soon as you are informed of an event preventing your departure.Warn the insurer in the 48 hours and provide all the information and necessary documents:
- A medical certificate specifying nature, the origin as well as the gravity of the accident or the disease.
- A copy of the calculation of your Health Insurance
- A death certificate
- Any certificate of the event.
