General Conditions
Reservation
It is effective only after payment of the envisaged account (25%).
If the Customer carries out his reservation less than 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay, he will have to pour the entirety of the amount of the hiring.
Duration of the hiring.
The hirings in tourist season (juillet/août) are done per whole weeks.
It begins saturdays at 5PM and will have to be released the day of the departure before 10PM.
The stays which do not coincide with the imposed dates will involve the payment of the whole weeks.
Price.
Hot/cold Water - gas - electricity - garbage collection - visitor's tax. For the mini-villas cloths are provided per week.
Payment of the stay.
You will have to pay at the time of the reservation :
- an account of 25% of the amount of the hiring
- the cancellation insurance (optional).
The entirety of the balance of the stay is payable 30 days before the date of arrival envisaged, without the person in charge for the reservations of the camp-site have to point out it, as indicated on the convention of occupation.
If the Customer carries out his reservation less than 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay, he will have to pour the entirety of the amount of the hiring.
In the absence of the payment of this balance within the times above envisaged, the hiring will be regarded as cancelled and the account previously versed will remain to the Camp-site.
The account will not be restored in the event of partial or total desistance of the Customer.
Cancellation.
A cancellation must be communicated by post mail.
- If the customer cancels his hiring more than 30 days before the envisaged date of arrival, the entirety of the versed sums will remain to the camp-site.
- If the Customer cancels his hiring in the 30 previous days before his date of arrival, or if he is not presented at the date of arrival envisaged, the total hiring sums will remain to the camps-site, as well as the cancelation insurance.
In the case where the renter, for any cause, would leave the rented places before the envisaged date, he could not claim refunding of the days during which the places were not occupied.
Cancellation insurance.
The cancellation insurance is not included in the fixed price of hiring.
To profit from this cover, the customers must obligatorily contract this insurance policy (10,50€ per week and accomodation).
This insurance makes it possible to the Customer to be refunded in the totality of the cases of cancellations for causes guaranteed by the contract of the insurance.
Reception and handing over of the keys.
The reception and the handing-over of the keys are done from 5PM the day of arrival.
The keys must be restored before 10AM the day of the departure.
Inventory.
The customer will have, in the 24 hours of the arrival, to check the inventory which will have been given to him and to inform Management of any anomaly noted.
[B]Guarantee.[/B]
A guarantee of 200 € will be requested from the arrival for accomodation.
This guarantee, which represents the guarantee of a clean lodging, is versed to answer of the damage which could be caused with the movable or different objects furnishing the rented places.
This guarantee will not be able to be regarded as a prepayment of rent and will not be productive of any interest.
This sum will be refunded at the end of the contract, deduction made of the possible damage, spares, washing or cleaning of the bed-spreads, mattresses etc... which would have been stained, and degradation of lodging.
If the guarantee proves to be insufficient the taker engages has to perfect the sum.
Occupation.
The customer / tenant will occupy the places personally.
He will not be able to lend or sub-lease the places with thirds, even on a purely free basis.
The rented places must under no pretext be occupied by a number higher than that indicated to the description of
the occupation convention, without prior agreement of Management. In this case, the Management of the camp-site will be able to claim a supplement of rent or to refuse the entry.
The customer / tenant will absolutely have to abstain from throwing in the wash-hand basins, sink, showers, etc... objects likely to block the drains, or else it will be indebted expenses caused for the start-up of these apparatuses.
The customers / tenants will have to use the dustbins reserved for this purpose.
The movable pieces of furniture and objects will have to undergo only the depreciation coming from the
normal use for which they are intended.
Those, which at the expiry of this convention, will be missing or will have been put except service for a cause other than the fair wear and tear, will have to be paid or replaced by the tenant after agreement with the Management of the camp-site.
The customers / tenants will owe aquiter of the payment of the washing or cleaning of the covers, mattress, bed linen, which
would have been stained or dirtied.
This clause also applies to the dyeings, paintings, and with lodging in general.
The customer / tenant will be held to give the movable pieces of furniture and objects to the place which they occupied at the time of his arrival.
The occupied places will have to be left clean. In the contrary case, the Management of the camp-site reserves the right to retain 45 € directly on the guarantee.
Animals.
The customer / tenant will be able under no pretext to introduce into the rented places animals (dog, cat) without authorization of the Management of the camp-site.
The allowed animals must be held leaves permanently and are not accepted in the public places attended by other people.
They should not be left in the camp-site, even locked up, in the absence of their Masters who are civilly responsible for their animals.
The owners will have to provide themselves with their notebook of vaccination and to justify that they are suitably ensured with respect to the thirds.
Attribution of competence.
For the execution of this convention, in the event of dispute, the Court of competent jurisdiction will be that of the places of the district where are the rented places.
